DBKA opened the gates again to the local community to showcase our beekeeping activities in the Denes.

​

We welcomed 70 members of the local community who popped in to have a look at the bees and meet some of the beekeepers. Also taking advantage of the tea/coffee and cake for a small donation. There was also the opportunity to buy some Denes honey as well as some guest honey from some of our members.

It was a lovely afternoon to have a walk around the apiary site and for our younger visitors a chance to run around and explore.
